60 Christmas Quiz Questions and Answers for Work (2026)

Looking for Christmas quiz questions for your office party or end-of-year team call? Below are 60 work-friendly questions with answers, split into five rounds of 10 to 16 questions each. They cover Christmas films, songs, traditions, food and celebrations around the world, and none of them rely on religious knowledge, so they suit mixed teams.

You can use them in two ways:

  • Play online: open our free Christmas Office Quiz, share your screen and it will pick random questions, shuffle the answers and keep score for you.
  • Print them: use this page as a classic pen-and-paper quiz. Each round is followed by its answers, so the quizmaster can print the whole page and keep it face down.

How to run a Christmas quiz at work

  1. Make teams of three to five. Mixing departments is a good way to get people talking who do not usually work together.
  2. Pick two or three rounds. Around 30 questions fills 30 to 40 minutes, which is plenty for most parties.
  3. Read each question twice and give teams about a minute to agree an answer.
  4. Swap answer sheets between teams for marking at the end of each round. It is quicker and adds a bit of friendly suspicion.
  5. Keep a tie-breaker ready, for example "How many days are there between Christmas Day and the end of the year?" (closest answer wins: 6).

For a virtual party, put teams in breakout rooms to confer, then bring everyone back for the answers. Keep score on our free manual leaderboard.
